2-Hour Barn & Arcade Booking (UP TO 20)

Service Description

Reserve 2 hours in the arcade and rustic barn, or enjoy our indoor or outdoor seating areas to relax, study, work, or party (with free wifi). This reservation is good for individuals, small groups & gatherings UP TO 20 guests. See other services for large party flat rates. Games are free to play during your reserved time, and include retro arcade & pinball games, virtual reality headsets, Xbox, board games, pool and ping pong tables, darts, and more. Outdoor grounds include large grassy areas, trees for shade, and fire pit (weather permitting). We have several outdoor toys (balls, etc.) on hand too. TERMS OF SERVICE By paying your reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the following terms. 1. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. 2. Need to reschedule? We allow 1 reschedule of your reserved time, but you must contact us at least 48 hours before your reserved time to do so. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your reserved time or you need to reschedule more than once, you forfeit your initial deposit, and must make a new deposit payment to secure your rescheduled time. 3. You are responsible for all of your guests and any damaged or missing items caused by any guest at your party. 4. We are not liable for any injuries sustained by you or any of your guests anywhere on our property before, during, or after your reserved time. 5. We reserve the right to stop your party and ask your guests to leave if you fail to follow our policies. No refunds. 6. We do our best to make sure our facility is clean and all systems are working. We cannot, however, guarantee that all games will be in working order during your reservation. 7. Your reservation must be paid in full as soon as we have a full head count during your reservation time. Babies and children ages 3 and under are free, and do not count toward your guest count. 8. You can bring any foods/drinks in (except alcohol, unless you bring a licensed bartender). You should bring your own utensils, plates, cups, napkins, coolers, ice, table coverings, etc. We are able to provide some of these things, if necessary, with prior notice and at an additional charge.

Cancelation Policy
