ABOUT SULLIVINE BED & BREAKFAST
We invite you to stay with us, the Sullivans, at our country home set on 2.5 acres of land, and enjoy a serene and peaceful bed & breakfast experience. We are home of the former Decoys Bed & Breakfast.
Our country setting offers plenty of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the rural surroundings, including a front porch swing and a fire pit for evening bonfires. Step inside our rustic barn or on-site arcade for a variety of entertainment options, or unwind in the common areas or your guest room with private bathroom.
We are approximately 10 minutes from Taylor University, 25 minutes from Indiana Wesleyan University, and 30 minutes from Ball State University, making us an ideal location for parents or other relatives to stay while visiting their college students.
ARCADE & EVENT RESERVATIONS
We also offer two buildings and our outdoor grounds for event reservations - one a rustic barn, built in 1882, and the other a full arcade with retro arcade games, pinball, virtual reality and motion simulation experiences. Learn more here.

OUR ROOMS
Each of our guest rooms are thoughtfully decorated and outfitted to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Rooms include a private bathroom and shower. Enjoy the common areas for breakfast, watching TV and more.

Stayed here with my husband and his best friend recently. The owners are wonderful warm people. The country setting is perfect. We woke up to a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
